Very rare. Hardback copy in black cloth boards with gold gilt lettering and design to front board, original glassine dust jacket. 42 pages. Signed, inscribed and dated by author in blue ink to front pastedown to Jon Wynne-Tyson in 1957.
This edition consists of 520 copies on antique paper, and 30 numbered copies on Whatman mould-made paper.

The book is tightly bound, the boards are clean and bright. The endpapers are toned. The text block is clean, free of markings and foxing.

Houghton was a British poet and occultist, an associate of Aleister Crowley in the 1920s. He was the proprietor of the famous Atlantis Book Shop in London, specialising in occultism, and also edited the journal Occult Observer (1945-50).
