Payments accepted

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Card. We also accept cheques as well as direct transfers into our bank account, details of which can be provided upon request. All prices listed and transactions are in Sterling, and include VAT where applicable.

 

Postage & Freight

We will post books anywhere in the world. Our postage & freight charges are based upon the Royal Mail’s small parcel service and are designed to recover a proportion of this cost. Expensive books are sent Registered Post which costs slightly more than regular postage.

 

If a customer has his own preferred shipper, we are happy to make arrangements this end. In all cases we will simply charge the cost charged by the shipper.

 

Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the goods supplied are clearly not as advertised or described. Return shipping/freight will be refunded to the customer if supplied products are flawed or have been clearly mis-descibed; otherwise the return will be at the purchaser’s expense. The goods returned must be in the condition as originally shipped.
