The blue embossed boards are worn to the extremities, corners bumped. The spine is faded, top edge is damaged, worn along the edges. The pages are rough-cut and browned. The endpapers are foxed; the text block is generally clean with only sporadic spotting. The frontispiece of Yeats is intact as is the tissue guard. Dusty.

Wynne-Tyson was an English author, publisher, Quaker, activist and pacifist, who founded Centaur Press in 1954. He ran Centaur Press from his home in Sussex and was a distinguished independent publisher. He authored books on animal rights and vegetarianism.
